Group Activities Policy

Templum CIC (Templum) has the below policy for group activities, the core of our offering for the neurodiverse and creative communities.

These policies are guidelines and are able to be updated and modified by individual groups as they see fit for their own members. We encourage that the people attending Templum neurodiverse-friendly creative groups are actively able to not only participate but shape the group if it better supports their local area.

Templum’s Framework Group Activities policy

  • All group activities must have a designated safeguarding lead or facilitator responsible for organisation of the space, safeguarding when & if needed and supervision to ensure safety.
  • Participation in group activities is voluntary.
  • Individual creation is encouraged, please bring and hopefully share your own hobbies, talents, skills, flairs.
  • Members may opt out at any time.
  • The sessions have a start and end time for the venue, anyone attending is able to drop-in as is comfortable.
  • The group space should always be safe, respectful and inviting.
